NOTICE: NO REDEMPTIONS (FROM ANY SERIES) WILL BE PROCESSED BETWEEN MARCH 17TH
AND APRIL 3RD.

 

This page will be continually updated with the latest redemption information,
and upgraded with new features as our product evolves.  

Please find below the redemption submission process for 2022 AFL Optimum, 2023
AFL Footy Stars and 2023 AFL Footy Stars Hobby.

CARD AND REFER TO THE FAQ AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. 

 


2023 AFL FOOTY STARS AND 2023 AFL FOOTY STARS HOBBY REDEMPTIONS:

** Please see below for the latest update on redemption card availability, so
you can decide when and how to make your submissions. Submissions can be sent at
anytime.

In order to redeem your 2023 AFL Footy Stars Signature Case cards and/or your
2023 AFL Footy Stars Hobby Spectrum cards (information about the end of season
cards is further below), read the SUBMISSION INFORMATION AND NOTES below, and
then follow this process: 

1. Login to your Select account. 

2. Go to the 2023 Footy Stars and 2023 Footy Stars Hobby Redemption Submission
page. 

3. Choose the card(s) you want to send in your submission.

4. Complete the check out process, making sure your shipping address is current
to create the submission. 

5. Send your physical redemption cards addressed as follows: Select Submissions
<Submission Number>*, PO Box 82, Terrey Hills, NSW, 2084. Ensure you include
your full name and return address on the back of your envelope/parcel.

2022 AFL OPTIMUM REDEMPTIONS:

** Please see below for the latest update on signature card availability, so you
can decide when and how to make your submissions. 

In order to redeem your 2022 AFL Optimum Signature cards, read the SUBMISSION
INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS below, and then follow this process: 

1. Login to your Select account. 

2. Go to the 2022 Optimum Redemption Submission page.

3. Choose the card(s) you want to send in your submission.

4. Complete the check out process, making sure your shipping address is current
to create the submission. 

5. Send your physical redemption cards addressed as follows: Select Submissions
<Submission Number>*, PO Box 82, Terrey Hills, NSW, 2084. Ensure you include
your full name and return address on the back of your envelope/parcel. 

OPTIMUM MIRROR SIGNATURE CARDS AVAILABILITY - ALL SIGNATURE CARDS ARE AVAILABLE

SUBMISSION INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS (2022 OPTIMUM, 2023 FOOTY STARS, 2023
FOOTY STARS HOBBY):

- The “Submission Number” is the Order Number you receive after your submission
starting with “#SA”. We highly recommend you send your submissions by Registered
(tracked) Postage. Select takes no responsibility for cards lost or damaged in
transit to us. You do NOT need to send return postage/satchels/packaging of any
kind with your card submission. Select will provide suitable packaging for the
return redemptions.

- During the checkout process, there are two processing/shipping options
available; Standard Processing and Shipping (Australia Post) or Priority
Processing and Express Post. The Standard Processing option is free, with all
postage and packaging costs covered by Select. The Priority Processing option
will mean your submission is handled with priority over the Standard option, and
your redemptions will be sent Express Post. The cost of this service will be
calculated at checkout.

- Select will process your submission ONLY when ALL cards in your submission are
available for redemption.

- You can make multiple submissions, for quicker processing based on card
availability, and as you acquire more redemptions, but each submission must be
sent separately to us as per process above, with the submission number.

- Once a submission is made, and cards are sent to Select no changes can be
made. Incorrect, or incomplete submissions (cards don’t match the the what is in
the submission number), will be rejected.

- If a submission is not received by us within 30 days of it being created, the
submission number will be cancelled and you will need to create a new one. 

- All cards will be sent in the appropriate Card Armour. Original redemption
cards will be sent back (where applicable) in the same protection you sent them
in.

 

 

  


PAST REDEMPTIONS:

Please check FAQ below, then if relevant follow instructions on back of card,
but using the PO Box 82, Terrey Hills, 2084 address (not Mailguard, like some
older cards may have on them). 

 


OTHER REDEMPTION FAQ:

WILL SELECT AUSTRALIA HONOUR PREVIOUS YEARS’ REDEMPTION CARDS?

We will make every endeavour to honour redemption cards from previous years as
long as we have it in inventory. Please click HELP to enquire.

WHICH CARDS CAN NO LONGER BE REDEEMED?

The following cards are not able to be redeemed:
1. Any signatures from 2002 SPX.
2. Glenn Archer - 1997
3. 1999 Premiership Predictor
4. 2001 Premiership Predictor
5. 2001 Craig Bradley Captain Signature
6. 2002 Silver and Gold Predictor
7. 1996 Hyfibre Heroes redemptions
8. 2001 Shane Crawford Captain Signature
9. 2004 AFL PREDICTOR REDEMPTION
10. 2005 AFL Tradition – Master Redemption.
11. 2001 Predictor
12. 2001 Captain Signature David Neitz
13. 2012 Champions Redemption Red Set (as Goodes card is n/a)
14. 2012 Champions Redemption Blue Set (Goodes Card)
15. 2003 Brisbane Premiership Predictor 


WHAT IS THE CORRECT PROCEDURE TO REDEEM A CARD?

For releases up and including Prestige 2022, unless otherwise specified on the
back of the redemption card, send your redemption in a registered/tracked
envelope and enclose a return self-addressed registered envelope. Please allow
21 days for the redemption of the redemption card(s) that are redeemable. The
address to send redemptions is Select Cards, PO Box 82, Terrey Hills, NSW, 2084.
Please do not mix outstanding and upcoming redemptions with past redemptions.
Else, returning the cards will be delayed. 

WHAT IF I SENT IN REDEMPTIONS WITHOUT THE INSTRUCTED SELF-ADDRESSED PAID
REGISTERED/EXPRESS POST ENVELOPE?
