WHY IS MILTON GRAHAM CONTACTING ME?



At Milton Graham, we handle debt collection for a wide range of clients in
Australia and New Zealand. If we have contacted you, it’s almost certainly to do
with a debt you may owe to one of our clients, who range from small businesses
to utilities and government departments.

Please note, when contacting us, we’ll need to verify a few details (this is
generally name, address and date of birth) to ensure we’re talking to the right
person.




I DON’T KNOW WHAT THE DEBT IS FOR, HOW DO I GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE?



The quickest way to get a copy of your invoice is to complete this form and
we’ll email it to you.




WHAT CAN I DO IF I CAN’T PAY THE DEBT IN FULL?



We understand that your circumstances may make it difficult to pay your debt in
full. As such, we offer a number of payment options; these are assessed on a
case by case basis. Click here to request a payment plan that works for you.




HOW DO I GET CONFIRMATION OF A PAYMENT OR THAT MY DEBT IS PAID IN FULL?



We can send you an email confirming either a payment made or paid in full. To
request a confirmation, please provide us with a few details here.




HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?



We provide a number of payment options to help you resolve your debt, including:

let us know and we’ll follow up for you. Please advise the outcome / details of

WHAT TO DO IF YOU FIND A SECURITY ISSUE

If you find any indications of a security issue in any of our systems, we kindly
ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Please don’t take advantage of the
security issue as this may result in illion pursuing legal action where

We also ask you not to disclose your findings externally until you have reported
it to us and we’ve been able to investigate. This is to ensure that we can

WHAT TO PUT IN THE FORM

Please provide as much information as possible (including available indications
such as IP addresses, logs, screenshots, etc).

We ask you not to take advantage of the potential security issue or to attempt
to capture, change or delete any more data than necessary to demonstrate the
security issue. And once again, please do not mention the security issue
publicly until illion has been able to investigate this completely.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you report a security issue, we will respond within ten business days to
work with you on evaluating the issue and determining next steps. We’ll keep you
informed as we resolve the issue.

We will handle your report with the strictest confidence and will not pass any
of your details to any third party without your explicit permission. We will
also credit you as the person who discovered the security issue unless you
prefer us not to.
