KIDNAPPING MANAGEMENT VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Is your crisis management team ready to manage a kidnap event? Are we going to
negotiate?

Examine the anatomy of kidnapping, understand the principle response and
resolution mechanisms and practice with a simulation to enhance skills and build
trust.

Understand the various stakeholders involved in a kidnapping situation and how
they may have different and potentially conflicting needs. Better prepare your
staff and response teams to mitigate such a highly stressful situation.

With support from experienced kidnap practitioners, understand why a kidnap
situation maybe the biggest crisis you may face. Learn about the phases of a
kidnap and tools and processes to navigate through this situation. Using GCSP’s
state-of-the-art simulation platform to test your preparedness.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Learn and practice kidnap management skills-organisational, decisional,
structural using a simulation designed to put these into practice and review
levels of preparedness.
