How much does TalentHaul charge?


We charge a one-time finders fee per hire which changes slightly depending on
the role. This is usually 35% of the presumed first year's full-time salary. For
example, if we send you someone that's hired for $800 USD per month, their
first-year salary would be $9,600 USD. Based on this our one-time fee would be
or $3,360.

How long does it take to hire?


It depends on the type of the position, but generally within 14 days.

How do I know I can trust your candidates?


We extensively assess all our candidates for English proficiency and the quality
of their resumes. We also perform thorough reference checks and international
criminal background screenings. Our mission is to match you with a dedicated
team member who's here for the long haul.

How do I pay contractors?


You can use your own payroll system or we can connect you with one of our global
