Cosmetic Nurse Injector

 * Consultation
   30 min - Complimentary consultation to discuss goals and available treatment
   options.
 * Follow Up
   30 min - Complimentary 2 week follow up appointment to assess previous
   treatments and need for further treatments/ product.
 * Botox/ Dysport *NEW CLIENT*
   30 min - A form of botox is injected to smooth the appearance of wrinkles and
   prevent the formation of further wrinkles. Please be aware that treatment
   varies from person to person based on unique facial anatomy and desired
   results.
 * Lip Filler
   60 min - Dermal filler used to hydrate, restore volume and define the lips.
 * Dermal Filler
   60 min - Dermal filler used to restore volume and redefine areas of the face
   including cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, chin. Please be aware that
   treatment pricing varies from person to person based on unique facial anatomy
   and desired results.
 * Lip Flip
   30 min - A neuromodulator is injected into the upper lip to relax the upper
   lip muscles causing the lip to appear fuller without adding volume.
 * TMJ Treatment
   30 min - A neuromodulator is injected into the muscles of the jaw to relax
   the muscles and alleviate symptoms of jaw pain and headaches. Price varies.
 * Hyperhidrosis/ Excessive Sweating Consultation
   30 min - A form of botox is injected into the underarms to prevent excessive
   sweating. This may be covered by your personal insurance through the Botox
   Assistance Program (BAP).
 * Botox/ Dysport *RETURNING CLIENT*
   20 min - A form of botox is injected to smooth the appearance of wrinkles and
   prevent the formation of further wrinkles. Please be aware that treatment
   varies from person to person based on unique facial anatomy and desired
   results. -This booking is for returning clients for Botox/ Dysport treatment
   only.
 * Lip Filler - Dissolve
   60 min - This treatment is for clients who are looking to dissolve dermal
   filler.
 * PRP Microneedling Facial
   60 min - This treatment uses your own blood products (PRP) - platelet rich
   plasma) to decrease the appearance of fine lines, brighten complexion and
   improve skin elasticity. A small amount of your own blood is drawn from a
   puncture in your arm and spun down to separate the PRP from other blood
   components for treatment use. The PRP is infused into your skin via micro
   punctures using a microneedling pen. 3+ treatments are recommended for full
   results.
 * PRP Under Eye
   60 min - This treatment uses your own blood products (PRP - platelet rich
   plasma) to decrease the appearance of fine lines, brighten complexion and
   improve skin elasticity in the under eye area. A small amount of your own
   blood is drawn from a puncture in your arm and spun down to separate the PRP
   from other blood components for treatment use. The PRP is administered
   through a small cannula to the under eye area. 3+ treatments are recommended
   for full results.
 * Chemical Peel (Vivier/ Jessner)
   30 min - this treatment safely provides controlled exfoliation of damaged and
   aging skin for enhanced skin care product penetration, increased cell
   turnover and brighter, smoother skin. Post treatment add-ons to boost and
   increase exfoliation available (Vivier Vitamin C Serum or Retinol 1%). Price
   varies depending on chemical peel that is most suitable to desired results
   (Vivier Peel or TX Jessner Plus Peel).
 * Combo Dermal Filler/ Tox Treatment
