Tide Rock evaluates investment opportunities from a different perspective than
traditional financial and strategic buyers.  We strive to generate long-term
sustainable earnings growth rather than targeting 3-5 year exits.  Our holding
company model gives us flexibility in acquisition structure and the ability to
