The luxury real estate development firm, Bayrock Group, quickly after its
creation, found itself working with the Trump Organization in Manhattan.

Tevfik Arif Doyen Bayrock Group Goes from Suburbs to Manhattan

Many dream of traveling to the United States and live the American dream.
However, very few actually achieve it. Turkish Kazakhstani businessman Tevfik
Ari was present when he set up Bayrock Group in America in 2001.

Bayrock The Bayrock Group is a luxury real estate development firm which
operates within and around New York City.

The firm initially concentrated on medium-sized and small projects such as
the redesign of Loehmann’s Seaport Plaza, a shopping center in Brooklyn’s
   Sheepshead.

   m.imdb.com/name/nm10842495/mediaviewer/rm2948766977 Bayrock Group, which had
achieved success on the American residential market, was ready to expand. The
company began to search for large-scale opportunities.

The Arif-led business started working in conjunction with Sapir Organization
on a major construction project in Spring Street, New York City.

Bayrock Group moved its headquarters from the Bayrock Tower to Midtown
Manhattan because of the company’s growth.

Bayrock Group teams up with the Trump Organization

As a result of the move Tevfik Arif along with his staff were able to meet
with the Trump Organization that also had the Trump Tower as its base.

Discussions were held between Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization following
both companies realized they shared desires and shared goals.

The two companies came together to form a partnership that saw the Trump
Organization joined Bayrock Group in its venture with the Sapir Organization
   at Spring Street.

Former American President Donald Trump ran the Trump Organization at that
   time.

The group was created under the name of E. Bayrock Trump and Son by his
paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Christ Trump, and his father, Fred Trump, in
   1927.

Donald Trump transferred the management to his children in 2017 just as he
was about to enter the White House.

   Bayrock Group’s lucrative deal

Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and Trump Organization began to work
together in New York City’s residential real property market.

To promote the project located on Spring Street, the founder Tevfik Arif
drafted an arrangement that would bring an additional brand name and prestige
   to the.

He proposed a deal where the Trump Organization would be given 18% equity in
the company and the right to utilize the Trump name in the title of this
   building.

Every one of the three companies signed on to the arrangement and then in the
year 2006, the initial brick of what would turn into Trump SoHo was laid.

Two years later, Bayrock Group, the Trump Organization and the Sapir
Organization inaugurated their contribution to the skyline of New York City,
   Trump SoHo.

Design experts take charge of Trump SoHo

Trump SoHo boasted 46 stories of exclusive restaurants, bars events and
banquet halls, an open air pool, a spa section as well as apartments and
   hotel room rooms.

Visitors and residents to Trump SoHo can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of New
York City from the windows that extend from floor to roof on all floors.

Handel Architects was entrusted as the exterior designer for Trump SoHo,
since the three main organizations behind the building were focused primarily
   on perfectionism.

Handel Architects is a respected company with a diverse portfolio. Tevfik
Arif Other projects include the National September 11 Memorial and Museum,
New York City as well as the Rosewood residential hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Rockwell Group designed Trump SoHo’s interiors. Rockwell Group has oversaw
the design of a number of extravagant hotels and cafes around the world.

Their works include their work at the Tower Hotel and Taj Mahal Palace,
Mumbai, India and the 93rd Academy Award show.

Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization expand the partnership

Trump SoHo was a success from the beginning after which Bayrock Group & the
Trump Organization decided to increase the cooperation.

The idea was to build buildings that would be located in Arizona and Florida
similar to Trump SoHo under the same terms as Trump SoHo. In exchange, Trump
Organization would get 18 percent equity. Once again.

Bayrock Group, and Trump Organization had all the resources. However, the
2008 financial crisis that devastated America’s real estate market stopped
   their plans.

The American housing market was affected by the economic crisis. In the end,
Bayrock Group founder Tevfik Arif chose to leave his undertakings in the
United States. He chose to leave the United States to start a new career in
   Europe and Asia.

Although Tevfik Arif has ceased to be a part of Bayrock Group, he is still a
respected advisor to different divisions within Bayrock Group.

Bayrock Group has not been involved with any recent real-estate developments
   in the United States.

Although it was not active, the firm invested over $2.5million in real estate
   properties.
