The Pegasus Angel Accelerator cohort will begin in May in Los Angeles, CA, where
participants will be taken through a three-month structured program tailored to
their specific needs.  

ELIGIBILITY

We are looking for early-stage startups willing to put in the time and effort to
take their ventures to the next level. 

No one is too early, but we prefer to see that you have put in the effort to get
a bit of traction with your product or service before coming to us. 

We are industry agnostic and will look at every industry. 



PROCESS

We have a multiple-step process of due diligence and interviews. 

Once your application has been processed, check your application status (under
manage applications) to see if we have requested additional due diligence
information. 

WHAT AN APPLICANT CAN OBTAIN

 * We offer $100,000 in investment up to a valuation cap of $3.5m
 * Create customized objectives and KPI’s for each company, focusing on critical
   areas such as: sales, product, hiring/firing, and operations
 * Facilitate introductions to additional funding sources
 * Complete advisor boards to fill operational gaps
 * Provide a three-month program of curriculum designed around many of the
   mistakes made at the early stage and how to avoid them
 * Provide an unmatched mentor network for additional connections to any
   resource potentially needed
 * Provide technology partners to help with scaling architecture  
 * $500k perks package and resources to help significantly cut burn
