   All are Welcome to join Worship at KUMC! That has to be said first, and now
   here are our worship times for you to choose from:
   
   
   
   
   
   9:00 am Contemporary Worship
   
   Contemporary Worship meets in The Commons downstairs led by Pastor Katie and
   the Contemporary Band led by Jeremy Melton. You can also view Contemporary
   Worship from anywhere on our KUMC Facebook Page at 9 am.
   
   
   
   
   10:30 am Traditional Worship
   
   
   Traditional Worship meets in the Sanctuary led by Pastor Katie Trinter with
   music provided by Jeremy Melton and The Chancel Choir. 
   
   
   
   
   Kids Worship & Childcare 8:45 am - 11:30 am
   
   Childcare (for infants - 3 yrs) and Kids Worship for ages 3 yrs (and potty
   trained) - 5th grade is offered during both worship times. Check infants and
   toddlers into rooms 203 & 204, and Kids into Kids' Worship in KUMC's gym, ten
   minutes before the start of worship.

   THE ONE at 10 am - On 5th Sundays or other special Sundays:
   
   Every 5th Sunday of a month, KUMC has THE ONE Worship, and sometimes on other
   special Sundays throughout the year too! THE ONE is one blended worship with
   both Contemporary and Traditional elements for the whole congregation to
   celebrate together in the sanctuary at 10 am.  
   
   The next THE ONE is Sunday, March 31. 

 * Prayer in the CHapel On Sundays
   
   Sundays, before and After 10 am Worship
   
   Need a quiet place to be with God? There will be prayer stations available in
   the chapel. You are invited to pray, rest, and connect with the holy before
   or after worship on Sundays.
   

 * WEDNESDAY
   
   Pray With Pastor Katie at 11 am on Zoom
   
   Join our Zoom Live Prayer time with Pastor Katie. Please email Pastor Katie

 * Thursday Coffee House Hours
   
   Find Pastor Katie at Teleo Coffee in Kirkwood,  7:30 - 10 am
   
   Drop in to Teleo Coffee on Thursday mornings to grab your morning caffeine
   fix and talk and pray with Pastor Katie. Teleo Coffee is located at 132
   Monroe Street in downtown Kirkwood.

Here are some of the latest events you'll find going on at KUMC. All events are

 * Join the Wandering Heart study With
   
   Pastor Katie trinter
   
   Mondays, 10:30 am in the Lounge at KUMC -Starts 2/26/24
   
   Beginning Monday, February 26th you are invited to come join Pastor Katie
   Trinter in the lounge at KUMC  on Monday mornings to discuss the weekly
   Wandering Heart devotional materials. Drop in when you can, or plan to come
   each week. 

 * Racial Justice Action Meeting
   
   Sunday, March 10, 11:45-1:15 pm
   
   Join the conversation.  This meeting will discuss passions for fighting
   racism and developing next steps we can take as individuals and as a church.

 * Eggstravaganza
   
   Sunday, March 24, 3- 5 pm at KUMC
   
   Eggstravaganza is happening Sunday, March 24th from 3 - 5pm, rain or shine.
   Activities include a large inflatable obstacle course, a toddler bounce
   house, a variety of games, and even a professional photographer to capture
   memorable moments with the Easter Bunny. Egg hunts will be scheduled every
   half hour during the event with a Kiddie Korral for the smallest kiddos.
   Working up an appetite? We have that covered, too. There will be food trucks
   on site selling treats like hotdogs, coffee, funnel cakes, snow cones, and
   ice cream. 
   
   
   Our Grand Finale is a 5pm Egg Hunt followed by a color run moment for all
   ages to enjoy - even adults. ( Be sure to dress to be splashed with color!)
   Save the Date! Bring the whole family to the Eggstravaganza on the 24th for
   an afternoon of laughter, fun, and community spirit. All are welcome and
   admission is free.

 * Save the Date for VBS: Inside OUT Too
   
   June 17-21, 6 - 8pm
   
   We're going to have a fun week learning how Jesus loves us when we are Happy,
   Sad, Angry, and Scared.  We have some special surprises on the exact type of
   fun that will be.  We will tell you more about that soon.  Night 5 on Friday
   will be a special, messy celebration that your kids will absolutely love.  We
   are changing to an evening time so we can reach more children with God's Love
   and make it easier for people to volunteer. We will share much more later.

 * Volunteers Needed for EGGSTRAVAGANZA
   
   Sunday, March 24
   
   We need your help to keep everything running smoothly that day. Be a part of
   the action by volunteering to help on March 24th. There are many different
