RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY



Designed for Private Individuals, Property Owning Organisations, Management
Companies and Residents Associations all of which have varying demands and

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY



Commercial property insurance is an insurance product designed for Freeholders
of commercial property, such as shops, offices and industrial premises of all
sizes.


BUSINESS INSURANCE



This type of policy is all encompassing and aimed at individuals, organisations
& companies operating for commercial reasons. It can also cover ‘not for
profits’ and charities as well.


BUSINESS MOTOR INSURANCE



By law, as a minimum, you must insure your vehicles against legal liability for
injury to others and damage to property. This is commonly called “Third Party”
cover.


TRADES & CONSTRUCTION



Tradesman policies are suited to smaller businesses that trade from home or a
third party site. Construction policies are for larger companies requiring a
more tailored approach.


FINANCIAL PROTECTIONS



Many businesses offer advice to clients. Insurers can provide cover against such
things as poor advice & negligence, should there be a financial loss as a
consequence.
