CHANGE YOUR YEAR END DATE

Maintenance > Site Setup > Additional Site Options

DonorSnap has built in helper fields that automatically summarize a donor’s
total donations in a given year for easy reporting. These fields are named using
YTD (Year to Date), Prior Year, 2 years ago, 3 years ago, 4 years ago, and 5
years ago. They are based on the year end date set in your Additional Site
Options, and they must be manually updated each year.

This date can also be used in the Periodic Comparison Report (Reports > Fund
Development Analysis > Periodic Comparison).

If your organization follows a fiscal year and you would like these fields to
reflect that, choose the last day of your current fiscal year.
