Customs at Turkish Prime Ministry and at Ministry of Customs and Trade. He held
the chair of Industry, Commerce, Energy, Natural Resources, Information and
Technology Committee for three terms, and now he is member of Foreign Affirs
Committee. He had published studies in both national and international journals.

Sadullah UZUN, born in Izmir in 1979, completed his primary, secondary, high
school, and university education in this city before moving to Istanbul in 2003.
Uzun, a graduate of Dokuz Eylul University’s Electrical and Electronics
Engineering program, worked in various positions, from specialist to manager, at
ISBAK Inc., a subsidiary of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, between 2003 and
2011. In 2011, he resigned and established VERISUN TECHNOLOGY, a company in the
field of “Smart City Technologies” that ranks among the first in our country. In
2017, he strengthened the company’s growth trend by receiving investment from
VESTEL VENTURES. In 2021, he started his role as Deputy Director of Business
Development at TUBITAK BILGEM and continues in this position today. He also
serves as a member of the Technology Advisory Board in Bilişim Vadisi
(Informatics Valley).

Dr. Erol Ozguner was born in Istanbul in 1971. He received his B.Sc. degree from
Yıldız Technical University (YTU), Department of Electronics and Communication
Engineering, where he also completed his graduate studies (both M.S. and Ph.D).
Dr. Ozguner also earned an MBA degree at the Istanbul Bilgi University. During
his 4 years as a research assistant at Kocaeli University’s Department of
Electronics and Communication Engineering, he also served as the Director of
External Relations at the same university. In 2000, Dr. Ozguner joined Turkcell
as an engineer responsible for GSM cell planning. In addition to serving at the
Turkey headquarters of Turkcell, Dr. Ozguner also worked as a senior manager in
the establishment and management of all electronic and IT system/infrastructure
of GSM networks in Turkcell’s Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus branches. He has also
managed fixed and mobile network operations at Turkcell Group. Since 2016, Dr.
Ozguner served as the General Manager at CF Telekom, a firm working on big data,
data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. He is fluent
in English. As of July 24, 2019, Erol Ozguner was appointed as the Head of the
IT Department at the IMM. He has a daughter.
