Customer support is a range of customer services to assist customers in making
cost effective and correct use of a product. It includes assistance in planning,
installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading, and disposal of
a product. Aer Tech will provide this support


TURN KEY SOLUTIONS

Is a type of project that is constructed so that it could be sold to any buyer
as a completed product. Once receiving the product, just needs to turn the
ignition key to make it operational, or that the key just needs to be turned
over to the customer.

NEW INSTALLATIONS

Our experienced personnel can readily supply your new installation needs as
designed by others or by performing the necessary design calculations to
properly size your system. Once size is determined, we’ll procure the equipment
for installation by its detail oriented installation technicians. Government or

System or Building Automation System (BAS). It is designed to monitor and
