Hiring a creative agency can be overwhelming, and dare we say it… not fun for
some. We want to make this easy for you to make your decision, so here are some
common questions we get asked. If you don’t see your question here, please don’t

What is working with us like?

Totally awesome. 

 

Oh, more practically you mean?  During the onboarding process with our clients,
we will dive deep into your brand identity.  If you aren’t sure about your
brand, we can help.  Once we feel like we have a grasp on who you are, what you
do and why you do it, we’ll discuss how you want to communicate that.  

We’ll have a strategy session about your sales/marketing goals, brand authority
goals and from this we’ll be able to determine what assets you need. 

How long do you typically work with your clients?

Ideally, we work with our clients on a long term basis.  After all, we take a
lot of effort and care to learn your brand.  We are routing for your success and
consider ourselves as part of your team.  

 

Plus, marketing, sales and branding never stops, so we don’t think creative
asset creation should stop after one project.

Can I get the raw footage?

In short, yes. But there are several reasons why clients may not want to receive
raw footage from a video production project:

 

File size: Raw footage can be very large, making it difficult to store and
manage, especially for clients without a robust video editing setup.

 

Quality control: Raw footage may contain shots that are not usable or meet the
desired quality standards. A professional video production company will
typically edit the footage to remove any unusable shots, ensuring that the final
product is of the highest quality.

 

Time-consuming: Raw footage can be time-consuming to review and edit, especially
for clients who are not familiar with video production. By outsourcing the
editing process to a professional, clients can save time and resources.

 

Lack of tools:Only professional video companies will have the computer speed,
the graphics card, the plug-ins, LUTs and more, to be able to edit raw, ungraded
footage. This can make it difficult for clients to take the footage and do a
variety of edits on their own.

 

In conclusion, while clients may be tempted to request raw footage to save on
costs or have more control over the final product, it is usually best to leave
the editing process to the professionals. A professional video production
company will ensure that the final product is of the highest quality, and that
it effectively communicates the desired message to the target audience.

Is my budget too small?

We will give an honest estimate of what can be accomplished within the budget
parameters for smaller businesses. We will always have production quality in
mind and never recommend something that we wouldn’t be proud to deliver.
Typcially you can expect to pay between $2500 – $15k depending on the scope of
work.

Is there special pricing for monthly video content?

Yes, we offer special pricing for monthly content creation. These are built as a
package to help you get the best output for the price for a 12 month contract.
