CENTRE FOR LANGUAGE TECHNOLOGY (CLT)

In Gothenburg there are several groups that are actively involved in Language
Technology and AI for natural language, with expertise in the fields of Natural
Language Processing (NLP) and Computational Linguistics, which are often used as
equivalent terms. Here we gather all these groups under one umbrella.

In this website we gather information about our activities with the aim to
promote  language technology research in Gothenburg.

The people that are currently involved in this initiative come from the
following departments:

 * The Centre for Linguistic Theory and Studies in Probability (CLASP),
   Department of Philosophy, Linguistics and Theory of Science
 * Språkbanken Text, Department of Swedish, multilingualism, language technology
 * Department of Computer Science and Engineering
 * Department of Applied Information Technology

We have a mailing list that we use for informing everyone about the coming
