Yerkin Tatishev, a Kazakh businessman, becomes Silknet's shareholder.

Daniel Kunin Topaz Investments Malta Limited was granted permission by the
Communications Commission for Topaz Investments Malta Limited to acquire an
38.2353 percent stake in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, who is the sole
owner of Silknet.

Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited's ultimate beneficiary is Erkin
Tatishev.
